"A total of 60 participants from 10 districts in South Jakarta took part in this training. The training is part of an effort to enhance community skills while fostering the growth of new entrepreneurs, particularly in the food business sector," he said, Tuesday (9/1).

In addition to product processing skills, Rizky encourages participants to leverage digital technology advancements to introduce their businesses and build their brand.

"The product that has been created needs to be introduced and well-packaged so that it is more easily recognized by the public," he added.

Rizky continued that the use of digital media can begin with simple steps, such as creating content about the product, showcasing the production process, and introducing the product's advantages and unique characteristics to potential customers.

Through the training, participants are expected not only to possess food preparation skills but also to be capable of creatively developing products, building a business identity, and leveraging digital technology to support marketing efforts.

Meanwhile, one of the participants, Hamidah expressed her delight and enthusiasm for the training. She was particularly interested in the making chikuro, noting that it is currently in high demand among the public.

"Once my version is perfected, I will sell it to complement the existing food products," she admitted.
